Fear of Thinking

Phronemophobia is an unusual phobia characterized by the fear of thinking, where individuals experience intense anxiety, panic, or discomfort when they engage in or are confronted with certain thoughts or the act of thinking itself.

This can lead to avoidance of introspection, difficulties with decision-making, and might be linked to broader conditions like OCD or anxiety disorders where the content or process of thoughts becomes distressing.
